Badman Jenkins Foundation, Inc., a Nevada-based nonprofit, aims to support and uplift communities by aiding underprivileged individuals. It seeks tax-exempt status under IRC Section 501(c)(3), classifying it as a public charity under IRC Sections 170(b)(1)(A)(vi) and 509(a)(1).

It provides gifts and/or grants to schools, sports teams and to single parents in financial need. The foundation also subsidizes costs of fitness training for high-risk individuals with health problems or borderline health issues.

• School Support Program – The Foundation will assist low-income schools with supplies, financial aid, and volunteer support to foster educational equity.
• Youth Sports Sponsorship – It will support youth sports teams in need by providing equipment, travel expenses, and facility costs to promote social responsibility and health.
• Single Parent Aid – Financial help will be available for single parents facing financial hardships for essentials like food, housing, and education.
• Fitness Subsidies – The Foundation will fund fitness training for aspiring young athletes from low-income backgrounds.
• Community Workshops – Free workshops on entrepreneurship, fitness, and self-improvement will be held for disadvantaged communities, based on available funding.
